This choice includes constant education on how to incorporate whole, fresh foods into your diet, especially natural and organic items that you can find at our store. Eating healthy also involves knowing where your food comes from and being knowledgeable of sustainable growing practices. What is the best day/time to schedule a demo? Everyday is a good day! We are often asked this question but it is really quite subjective dependent upon various issues including weather, holidays and sometimes area school calendars. Generally every weekday from 11-3pm, or 3pm-6pm generate a decent amount of traffic. Saturdays and Sundays are always the busiest days for us. However, only two Saturdays a month are available to outside vendors due to in-store demos.
